USER AGREEMENT
- This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relationship between Limited Liability Company Primeclean 445733323 (hereinafter referred to as the “Dry Cleaner”), which is the owner of the website located on the Internet at milana.ge (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), and a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) in the area of providing and processing the User’s personal data.
Subject of the Agreement
- The Dry Cleaner processes the User’s personal data under the terms that are the subject of this Agreement.
General Provisions
- The Agreement comes into effect from the moment the User confirms an order on the website milana.ge; after order confirmation via phone, if the User places an order by phone; or after the User registers on the website.
- The Dry Cleaner reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without special notice. If the User continues to use the Dry Cleaner's services after changes to the Agreement are published, it is considered that the User thereby accepts the amended terms of the Agreement.
- Any legally capable natural person who is able to accept and pay for the ordered product in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement, within the territory of Georgia, may become a User.
User’s Personal Data
- The User decides to provide their personal data and gives consent to its processing voluntarily and in their own interest. The User is responsible for providing the personal data of another person.
- Personal data entered by the User when placing an order is used to complete a transaction, provide a service, or improve the quality of service.
- The basis for entering personal data is the execution of a transaction during registration on the Website.
- The Dry Cleaner undertakes not to transfer the personal data of registered Users to third parties.
- The Dry Cleaner reserves the right, in cases provided by law, to transfer personal data to relevant authorities if it is done to protect the health, life, or freedom of another person.
- The Dry Cleaner may use the User’s personal data to send newsletters and special offers from the Website, and to process and execute transactions.
Processing of Users’ Personal Data
- Acceptance of the Agreement is carried out by the User checking the appropriate box during the execution of a transaction, and constitutes the User’s consent to the processing of personal data.
- The User agrees that the Dry Cleaner has the right to store and process, including through automated systems, any information relating to the User’s personal data.
- Processing of the User’s personal data is performed by means of mixed data processing, both with and without transmission over the Internet.
- The Dry Cleaner undertakes to ensure confidentiality and security during the processing of the User’s personal data.
Revocation of Consent for Personal Data Processing
- If the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Dry Cleaner deletes the User’s personal data and does not use it thereafter.
- Written consent of the personal data subject for the processing of their personal data must include:
- - Full name, address of the personal data subject, number of the main identity document, information about the date of issue and the issuing authority;
- - Full name and address of the operator receiving the consent;
- - Purpose of personal data processing;
- - List of personal data for which the subject gives consent for processing;
- - List of actions with personal data to be performed, and a general description of the methods used by the operator for processing;
- - Term during which the consent is valid, and procedure for its revocation.
- Additional consent is not required for the processing of personal data if the subject has already given written consent.
Additional Conditions
- If the personal data subject is legally incapacitated, consent must be given in writing by their legal representative.
- In the event of the personal data subject’s death, consent must be given in writing by the subject’s heirs, unless consent was already given during the subject’s lifetime.
