PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy explains how the "milana tbilisi" application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") collects, stores, and uses user data.

General Provisions

1.1 Relationships related to the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of user information by the Application are regulated by this Policy, other official documents of LLC Primeclean (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization"), and the current legislation of Georgia.
1.2 The use of the Application implies the user’s consent to this Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree with this Privacy Policy, they must stop using the Application.

2.1 The Application is a program that allows the user to interact with the Organization. This interaction may include the following operations:
- receiving information about the Organization’s services;
- the location of its service points;
- the number and status of the user’s orders made with the Organization;
- making payments through the Application;
- and other operations.

3.1 During use, the Application may collect and store the following user data:
- full name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- delivery address (which may coincide with the user's residential address);
- gender;
- date of birth;
- device location (if geolocation is enabled);
- number and value of the user's orders made with the Organization.
3.2 Even if the Application provides a bank card payment function, no card data is stored in the Application, except for the last four digits of the card number.
3.3 All of the above data is entered into the Application either directly by the user during registration, when updating their profile after registration, or from the Organization's database when the Application connects to the Organization's servers.

4.1 The data listed in clause 3.1 is necessary for the Organization to provide its services properly, to maintain communication with the user, and for marketing purposes.
4.2 The Application does NOT explicitly or implicitly transmit user personal data to any third parties.
4.3 The possibility of user personal data being accessed by third parties from the Application may occur only in the event of mobile phone loss or direct transmission by the Organization.
4.4 User personal data is deleted in the following cases:
- when the user deletes their data from the Application;
- when the Application is uninstalled from the phone;
- when the user's data is removed from the Organization’s database.

5.1 LLC Primeclean considers requests related to this Privacy Policy, including user inquiries regarding the use of their personal data, at the following email address: milanadryclean@gmail.com.
5.2 All correspondence sent by users to LLC Primeclean is treated as confidential and may only be published with the user's written consent. The addresses, personal data, and other information of users who send these letters cannot be used for any other purpose without their specific consent, except to respond to the subject of the letter.
5.3 LLC Primeclean reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without prior notice to end users.
